Ready-now help · Jordan Taylor Plant Medicine Fund

Solutions veterans can access today

While the research moves the state of TBI science forward, this fund connects veterans with help that’s available right now.

In memory of Jordan Taylor

Jordan lived big. Now his legacy does, too.

He loved adventure, travel, BASE jumping, and, more than anything, spending time with the people he loved. A Marine veteran, former St. Louis City police officer, and software engineer, Jordan collected friends everywhere he went. His infectious smile, humor, kindness, and ability to make people feel seen impacted nearly everyone he met.

Jordan spent much of his life serving others. When we lost him to suicide at just 32 years old, our family knew we wanted his life and his story to continue making a difference.

Losing Jordan made 22 Jumps’ mission our family’s mission, too. In his honor, the Jordan Taylor Plant Medicine Fund supports time-tested modalities that improve mental and emotional well-being. We hope Jordan’s story reminds others that prioritizing your mental health is a sign of strength, that asking for help matters, and that no one has to struggle in silence.

What the fund does

Fast access, through people we trust.

We connect veterans and first responders carrying unresolved trauma with plant medicine retreats through a network of vetted providers, so help arrives as fast as possible.

How it works

Three steps to help.

A simple path from reaching out to real support – kept as short as we can make it.

1

Reach out

A veteran or first responder, or someone who loves them, gets in touch with us.

2

Matched to a vetted provider

We connect them with a retreat from our trusted provider network.

3

Retreat & integration

The fund helps cover unexpected costs outside of partner programs, so cost isn’t the reason someone waits.
